Due to the out-break of World War II, its activities cooled down during the period 1939-1945.“The Association of Engineers in Burma” resumed its regular activities in 1946 and steadily picked up momentum. BAU

Munich University of Applied Sciences, Department of Civil Engineering

The Department of Civil Engineering is larger than at any other university of applied sciences in Bavaria. This represents a real advantage: students benefit from a very wide offering in terms of elective courses, enabling them to develop a specialization during their studies. Every specialist area is overseen by highly qualified professors. What’s more, classes are a lot smaller than at other universities. Preparing students for their future occupation is always at the heart of the Munich University of Applied Sciences. The Campus Karlstrasse is located in the centre of Munich, close to the main station having an excellent transport connection by train, tram or car.
